Plan ahead : book early. Our best special offers and lowest rates are available several months before the date of departure but with limited availability.
For those unable to book in advance, there remains the possibility of last-minute discounts on certain services with limited availability. (Note: these discounts are less attractive than the special offers available several months before the departure).
Our bookings are non-refundable but modifiable. Try not to alter your booking after paying and check-in on time in order to avoid rising prices and the applicable costs for changes to a booking.
If possible, choose to travel outside school holidays or in the opposite direction of main flow of departures and returns. Note that mid-week crossings are generally cheaper. The best rates are often available for early-morning or late-night departures.
For longer night crossings reserve a Sleeper Seat or else an interior cabin rather than an exterior cabin. Night crossing prices remain much lower when you reserve a standard reclinable seat.
