The Priority Service Passengers gives access to certain advantages on board of the Norman Arrow only. To get access to the Priority Service, every Passenger in the vehicle must have purchased the Priority Service. One seat
per Passenger must be purchased, including infants.
Such Service is available:
- at the time of the booking (on internet / at the terminal). This Service will be printed on ticket or boarding Pass at the time on payment.
OR
- on board. On board, only the access of the Premium Lounge can be provided and will be printed on the Quinteck receipt if paid on board and stickers given at the time of payment.
In order to enjoy all the advantages provided in the Priority Service, the Passengers must keep their ticket and sticker in evidence during the crossing.
The Priority Service Passengers Embarkation: A “Priority Loading” provided under the following conditions:
• Presentation of the vehicle at the check-in no later that one hour
before departure time. No reimbursement of the whole Priority Service will
be provided if the vehicle is not represented in due time.
• Only standard cars are guaranteed priority loading (up to 1,85m in
height and 5m in length maximum).
• A Red Priority Hangers will be allocated to each vehicle. Such hanger
has to be in evidence in the vehicle in order to have access to the
priority loading.
• Passengers will follow the instructions from the staff for the
priority loading Premium Lounge: An access to the Premium Lounge is
guaranteed. To access to the Premium Lounge, the Passenger will have to
show his sticker and ticket/boarding pass.
• 1 free drink per passenger from the Horizon Lounge bar is included in
the Priority Service.
• Newspapers and magazines are at the disposal of Passengers but we
can’t guarantee that 1 newspaper per person will be available
Disembarkation: A priority unloading is not included in the Priority
Service.
